A set of differently textured and colored plastic balls which are the ideal size for small hands to handle. The surface textures are fun to examine and describe, and the set can be used on its own, as an additional set for the Sensory Meteor Ball, or as part of a wider sensory exploration activity. Great for developing hand-eye coordination, color recognition, sensory stimulation and motor skill development. A stimulating resource which can be used with infants to explore actions, reactions, and motor skills; or within a small group of toddlers to encourage conversation and develop hand-eye coordination. The small balls feature differently textured and colored surfaces and can be removed and used separately. Ideal for children aged 12m+. Measures 2.4" diameter. Each set includes 6 plastic balls.
